MEMBER REWARDS PROGRAM
GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Livermore Spa (TLS) Member Rewards Program (Member Rewards) is a program designed to rewards customers that frequent our spa.

Member benefits:

  • Discount on Services*: 20% of one service per visit.
  • Discount on Products*: 10% of any product purchase.
  • Loyalty Rewards Points*: 5% Back in loyalty points for every dollar spent.
  • Members Only promotions and events.

Cost and Details:

  • Initiation Fee*: $49.00.
  • Monthly Fee*: $10.00.
  • Unlimited Monthly Visits, Unlimited Purchases
  • Non-Transferable

  • Services are subject to availability. Cancellation policies apply.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Med-Spa services, and third parties services are excluded.
  • Promotions, Specials, Packages and Series are excluded.

> DISCOUNTS ON PRODUCTS:

Members can enjoy a 10% discount on all purchases. There is no limit on how many purchases a customer can make per membership period.

BENEFITS:

  • 10% OFF on all product purchases.
  • Unlimited purchases allowed per membership period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Discounts are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Discount applies to purchases made with cash or credit only.
  • Discounts cannot be applied when paying with any kind of gift certificate.
  • Discounts are only applicable to active memberships.
  • Products are subject to availability. Refund and Return policies apply.
  • Sales tax may apply. There is no cash value on discounts. No rain checks.

  • Third parties products are excluded.
  • Promotions, Specials, Packages and Series are excluded.

> 5% BACK IN LOYALTY REWARD POINTS:

Members can earn 5% back in loyalty points for every dollar spent. Every dollar earned equals 5 Loyalty Points. The exchange rate for points and dollars is 100 points = 1 dollar.

Please remember that Points have no cash value, they can only be used towards regular priced services and/or products.

For example; if a members spends $200, you will earn 1000 Loyalty Points, that can be redeem for $10 in services or products on their next visit.

  • Amount Spent: $200
  • 200 x 5 = 1000 points
  • 1000 points / 100 = $10 dollars in credit towards services or products.

> MEMBERS ONLY EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

Members will be invited to join us at Members Only events. This events are designed to show our appreciation for your patronage. Members will also have access to exclusive promotions that are won't be available to the general public.

BENEFITS:

  • Access to Member Only Events.
  • Access to Member Only promotions.
  • Access to bring guest(s) in special promotions or events.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Only active members are eligible to attend.
  • Members must attend to be part of any treats, gifts, giveaways or deals offered during the event.
  • There is no cash value for anything offered during the events.
  • We will clearly notify you when Member's guest's are invited to attend.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of attendees.
  • Events may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Events sponsored by Third Parties are not eligible.
  • Frozen or Inactive memberships are not eligible.
  • Some events will be subject to availability.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

> ELIGIBILITY:

AGE: To become a Member of the TLS Member Rewards Program; you must be 18 years of age or be a minor with a written parent/legal-guardian approval who will be also legally responsible to comply with all terms and conditions.

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT: Membership fees are automatically charged via credit card on file. A valid VISA/MC/Amex/Discover card is required to join.

BENEFITS: Only active and current memberships are eligible to receive Member Benefits including discounts, points, and participation on member only events and promotions.

NUMBER OF MEMBERS: We reserve the right to limit the number of members at our own discretion.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: The Livermore Spa reserves the right to refuse service and/or membership to anyone. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member at anytime at our own discretion.

> MEMBERSHIP FEES:

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD: A Membership Period starts every time a monthly fee is paid. For example if a member joins on the 5th of September, the first membership period will be from September 5th to October 4th, and the next membership monthly fee will be due on October 5th.

INITIATION FEE: A one time non-refundable $49.00 initiation fee is due at the time of enrollment. The initiation fee maybe waived at management discretion or due to a promotional offer.

MEMBERSHIP FEES: The cost for the monthly membership monthly fee is $10 US. Fees due date are determined at the time of enrollment, and all subsequent fees will be due on the same day.

PAYMENT METHOD: At the time of enrollment, a valid Visa/MC/Amex/Discover credit card is requested to enroll in automatic payment. Credit card will be charged at the scheduled day every month.

FAILED PAYMENTS: If a payment doesn't go thru our system will automatically attempt a few more times. If due fees remain unpaid, we will contact the corresponding member to clarify or obtain a new source of payment. Repeated fails can result in membership termination.

MEMBERSHIP FEE REFUNDS: Memberships fees make members eligible to receive member benefits, regardless of whether members decide to use them or not, hence MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: The Livermore Spa reserves the right to refuse service and/or membership to anyone. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member at anytime at our own discretion.

STOP PAYMENT: We require a 30 day notice in writing or via the email on file to stop membership automatic payment charges or to change source of payment.

> CANCELLATION/TERMINATION:

30 DAY NOTICE: We require a 30 day notice in writing or via the email on file to cancel a membership. Memberships fees are not refundable.

BENEFITS ELIGIBLITY: If a member has requested a cancellation, he/she will be eligible to receive benefits until the end of the last paid membership period.

LOTALY POINTS ACCRUED: Accrued points in a canceled/terminated membership must be used before their earliest of; 1) The points expiration date (1 year from accrued date), or 2) Within 90 days from the date the membership was canceled.

PROMOTION OFFER REQUIREMENTS: Members that cancel a membership before complying with promotional requirements could be be subject to;

  • Charges for the fees waived (IE initiation or monthly fees).
  • Charges for discount received on product or services.
  • Charges for the dollar value of redeemed Loyalty Points.
  • Having all loyalty points earned voided.

BENEFITS: Only active and current memberships are eligible to receive Member Benefits including discounts, points, and participation on member only events and promotions.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: The Livermore Spa reserves the right to refuse service and/or membership to anyone. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member at anytime at our own discretion.

> LOYALTY POINTS:

Members will get 5% back in loyalty points for every dollar spent. Loyalty points have an equivalence of 5 loyalty points per dollar, thus if a member has 50 loyalty points, they can be redeemed for $10 dollars in services or products.

REDEMPTION: Loyalty points can be redeemed on increments of 50 points by active members.

VALUE: Loyalty Points have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchange for anything other than Livermore Spa services or products.

EXPIRATION: Loyalty Points expire 1 year after they have been earned. Points accrued on a canceled/terminated membership must be used before their earliest of; 1) The points expiration date (1 year from accrued date), or 2) Within 90 days from the date the membership was canceled.

RETURNS and LOYALTY POINTS: Rewards Points earned will be rescinded in the event that an eligible purchase is returned for a refund.

CONVERTION RATE: 5% back in Loyalty Points for every dollar spent in cash or credit. Members will 5 Loyalty Points for every dollar spent.

The conversion rate is: 100 Loyalty Points = 1 dollar.

EXAMPLE 1:

  • Member spends $200 in services/products and pays with cash/credit card.
  • Total dollars spent in cash or credit is $200.
  • 200 x 5 = 1000 Loyalty Points.
  • 1000 points / 100 = $10 in loyalty points credit.

EXAMPLE 2:

  • Member gets $200 dollars in services or products.
  • Pays using a $50 certificate and $150 in cash/credit card.
  • 150 x 5 = 750 Loyalty Points.
  • 750 points / 100 = $7.5 in loyalty points credit.

EXAMPLE 3:

  • Member gets $100 dollars in services or products, and pays with a $100 Certificate.
  • Total dollars spent in cash or credit is $0.
  • Member won't earn any Loyalty Point.since no cash/credit was spend.

> MEMBER ONLY EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

Members will have access to exclusive promotions and/or events that are only accessible to active members.

INVITATIONS: Members only event will be notified via email or our website.

GUESTS: If bringing a guest (or guests) is allowed we will be indicate it in the invitation. At our own discretion, we might allow attendance to non-members. Please contact us to discuss it on individual basis.

PRIZES, TREATS or GIFTS: Only active members that attend are eligible for prizes, treats or gifts that may be offered during the events. There is no cash value for any of the items offered during an event. No rain checks.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone.

CANCELLATIONS: We are committed to offer you the best service, when an appointment is made we reserve time exclusively for you, and we will try to accommodate your schedule change needs as much as possible, to prevent unnecessary charges please check our Cancellation Policy for details.

REFUND AND RETURNS: We stand behind our products. Some of our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and some don't. Please check our RETURN and REFUND policies for details.

PARTICIPATION: The Livermore Spa Member Rewards program is designed to reward customer that frequent our spa. Buy participation in the program, Members are allowed to take advantage of exclusive benefits. Participation also constitutes agreement to all the terms and conditions governing the program.

PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS: Some Member Benefits will be offered for a limited time period. This type of benefits will have a clear note indicating that is a limited time. The terms of the offer will also be disclosed during the active period. At our discretion we will add and/or remove promotional benefits informing Members thru our website or via email. Please check from time to time to see what's new or upcoming.

GENERAL BENEFITS: General Benefits are the main components of the program and are less likely to change. For example established discounts on service or products and loyalty points rewards are most likely to stay the same.

CHANGES TO TERMS and CONDITIONS: The Livermore Spa Inc. Reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Member Rewards (or any other) program at anytime without notice. The Livermore Spa Inc. may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, without notice.
